Susan and Chloe are two friends who love coffee and want to make a difference. Susie's is an opportunity to provide fresh, fine quality and flavoursome coffee whilst doing something we are passionate about. Susie's goal is to always ensure we source sustainable products and give back. That's why we will donate a percentage of all profits to a chosen charity each month.  Our coffee is sourced from Latin America and South-East Asia, and roasted in the beautiful City of York. Our beans are Rainforest Alliance Certified. They are sourced from varying farms, dependant on where the climate is warm and tropical; the best climate to source coffee. The levy that is collected from the sales of our coffee goes straight back into the community to support and help the economy, for example building new schools, new irrigation systems or towards local hospitals. Our coffee is roasted for freshness, in small 15kg batches using a direct flame. This means we are able to roast to order, ensuring coffee is not sat for longer than necessary, reducing the amount of oxygen getting into the beans.   **All our coffee is valve packaged to prevent oxidation**
